About the Owner Thank you for considering DR Gun Supply for your next firearm/ammo/accessory purchase. My name is Daniel Ray, owner of DR Gun Supply. My fascination with guns started when I was a kid with my Dad's chrome Taurus 38 Special revolver. He bought that gun with the sole purpose of protecting his family. I was an outdoor enthusiast at a very young age. Living in the middle of the city hunting, fishing and shooting weren't activities we could do on a daily basis. So, I mostly learned about guns, ammo and scopes through reading magazines. When I turned eighteen, I immediately bought my first Mossberg pump shotgun. Then at 21 I bought my first Springfield 1911 handgun. It wasn't until that time, I realized all of my reading had paid off and guns weren't only about self protection but were really fun to shoot. After that, I managed a pawnshop that sold guns for 10 years and learned even more by hands-on experience. I also learned, that great prices and good customer service make long term customers. In 2012, I left the pawnshop to start my own gun business. We started doing gunshows and had a few tables in OKC and Tulsa, OK. All while working out of a converted laundry room, garage and dining room. Pretty much anywhere we could store guns and setup computers. After a failed partnership, I went full steam ahead and never looked back. We worked our way to 20 tables at the gunshow and are acknowledged as a Top 25 seller on Gunbroker.
